To reset your YaYa Wallet password follow these simple steps:
1. Open the YaYa Wallet app on your device.
2. On the login page, tap on the "Recover Password" option.
3. Enter your 12-digit username and tap "Continue".
4. Input your registered email address and tap "Send".
5. Check your email for a recovery link sent by YaYa Wallet.
6. Click on the link in the email to receive a One-Time Password (OTP).
7. Enter the received OTP in the YaYa Wallet app.
8. Create and input a new password for your YaYa Wallet account.
9. Once your password is reset, you can log in to your YaYa Wallet app using your new password.
